Content Producer

Jobylon offers a modern recruiting platform (SaaS) to companies who want to create and share beautiful job postings and manage their applicants with ease. The recruitment industry has stayed unchanged for too long whilst the need for a simple and efficient solution has increased.

We are now facing our biggest expansive phase to date. To further help us realise our vision, we’re on the lookout for a professional and creative Content Producer to join our efforts to become the thought leader within HR industry. As our ideal candidate, you have experience as a B2B marketer within the HR space and are both curious and creative.

This is a full-time position and can be performed remotely within the EU, hybrid remotely or physically from our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. Work schedule can be agreed upon.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis

As Content Producer, your main focus will be to produce valuable written content, but also might include conducting industry or topic related research, finding interestings search volumes from organic traffic sources together with our partner agencies and brainstorming and copyediting editorial content. You might also produce simpler creative assets based on provided templates from our design team or help developing creative concepts for various projects, including campaign or marketing materials.

Your target audience will be recruiters, hiring managers and executives in medium to large enterprise businesses, where you will address challenges and solutions across the entire customer journey.

You will belong to a super strong sales & marketing team supported by a small but dedicated and experienced in-house team of B2B marketers, content strategists and creators, acquisition specialists, event managers, video producers and designers. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing. But most importantly, you will have a lot of fun and find a working environment where you can thrive and find happiness.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience - who they are and what they want to become - to ensure our content helps them achieve their goals

  • Drive thought leadership and create demand using common B2B content formats

  • Conduct high-quality research and interviews on industry-related topics to develop or support writing of insightful and engaging content

  • Work close with our Demand generation Manager, Content Marketing Manager and design team on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)

  • Proofreading and editing content, contributing to that the website, content hub and channels are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Development of creative assets for blog articles, content offers, emails and other based on templates

  • Assist our Content Marketing Manager in building communications plans and generating new content ideas

Skills & Requirements

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

  • Preferably, 2+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS space. Ideally on writing/content within HR, but we also appreciate other related roles or if you have experience from design or content production.

  • Proven ability to write copy to successful content offers

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

  • Strong research skills

  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for this job

  • It’s a plus if you have experience working with SEO and have an eye for design

  • It’s a plus if you have experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
