About the job

As a pivotal part of our central Supply Chain Excellence & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence in our procure-to-pay process and ensure the organization is complying accordingly. The role is based in Stockholm and you would report to the Manager of Supply Chain Excellence & Operations. This position is a full-time employment and will include frequent traveling to other Northvolt sites.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Business Process Owner of Northvolt P2P process globally
  • Drive improvements initiatives together with key stakeholders; Procurement org., Product Owner, Finance, Legal, IT
  • Ensure compliance in the organisation through control procedures, conducting trainings & managing communication
  • Drive process efficiency through digitalization initiatives
  • Manage monthly reporting & governance forum related to P2P process and performance

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Management Sciences, Business Informatics or related fields
  • Good experience in Change Management
  • Analytical mindset & experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in enterprise applications, e.g., ERPs, Master Data Management solutions, S2P/P2P suites
  • Hands-on expertise in business process management, internal control, and/or auditing
  • Great communication skills in English, written and spoken
