Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, die am schnellsten wachsende europäische Politik- und Kommunikationsberatung, sucht für das im Sommer 2020 gegründete Berliner Büro eine/n motivierte/n (Senior) Public Affairs Berater:in.
Sie werden Teil unseres Berliner Teams und arbeiten darüber hinaus eng mit Kolleg:innen aus den skandinavischen Ländern, Brüssel und London zusammen.
Die Position
Der Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst folgende Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Beratung von Klienten in strategischen, konzeptionellen und inhaltlichen Fragen, insbesondere für die Bereiche Tech und Digitalpolitik, Nachhaltigkeit und Mobilität.

Ausbau diverser Geschäftsfelder in unserem Berliner Büro, sowie Unterstützung bei Neugeschäftstätigkeiten

Ausarbeitung von Argumentationsstrategien im Rahmen relevanter Gesetzgebungsverfahren, politischer und/oder öffentlicher Diskussionen
-
Aufbau eines Netzwerks zu Vertreter*innen aus Medien, Politik, Verbänden, Stiftungen, Think Tanks und Unternehmen
Fähigkeiten und Anforderungen
Voraussetzungen
Unser/e ideale/r Kandidat:in bringt folgendes mit:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im politischen Berlin (politische Institution, Partei, Medien, Unternehmen, Beratung etc.

Kenntnisse des politischen Systems auf Länder-, Bundes- und EU-Ebene sowie der relevanten politischen Verfahren, Institutionen und Akteur:innen

Belastbares Netzwerk (Parlament, Ministerien, Stiftungen, Think Tanks, Medien, Unternehmen etc.)
-
Idealerweise bestehende Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Ernährung, Klima und/oder Landwirtschaft

Projektmanagement/Führungserfahrung und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Kolleg:innen erwünscht
-
Muttersprache Deutsch, sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
-
Begeisterung für Kommunikation in all ihren Formen, starke Eigeninitiative und Lust darauf, bei einem schnell wachsenden Public Affairs Büro in Berlin eine tragende Rolle zu übernehmen

2014The creation of King Street, our PR focused brand, as well as the addition of our Helsinki office.

2018Our seventh office was established in Tallinn.
2020We entered the German market by establishing an office in Berlin.
2021We welcomed the Lithuanian communications agency Fabula to the Group, thereby expanding into our 8th market in Europe

2018Tallinnas avati grupi seitsmes kontor.
2020Sisenemine Saksamaa turule ning uue kontori avamine Berliinis.
2021We entered the Polish market by establishing a representation office in Warsaw.
2022Rud Pedersen Public Affairs opens offices in Warsaw, Poland; London, UK; and Sofia, Bulgaria. Additionally, we open offices in Riga, Latvia via VA Communications; Paris, France via CNTVRS; and Tallinn, Estonia via merging our existing office with META Advisory.
2023We open an office in Kyiv, Ukraine. We also open an office in Madrid, Spain via RetiEspaña.
2024We open an office in Prague, Czechia and Rome, Italy. The Italian office solidifies our European footprint as we now operate in the Europe's 5 most populated countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland).
