We're looking for Master thesis students in UX and Interaction Design to join us in the Digital team at Revolt!
Northvolt Revolt is looking for ambitious and passionate Master thesis students in UX and Interaction Design to join us in creating the best customer experience with regard to battery recycling. You will be a part of our Digital team whose mission is to learn and understand what our internal and external needs are to design the best digital offering.
In this thesis project, you will be responsible for conducting user research and creating design solutions for our digital products. You will work closely together with our Product Manager to identify user needs, create design solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness through user tests.
Your focus area will be a digital offering to our customers in a form of a customer-facing digital solution. Based on user research and analysis, you will define the key functionalities in the customer portal, design the interaction concepts that can be iteratively used for user testing and propose a final design.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points
- Create design solutions that align with user needs and business goals
- Develop low- and high-fidelity design prototypes that can be used for user testing
- Conduct user testing to evaluate design effectiveness
- Analyze research data and present findings to the Digital team
- Write a Master's thesis based on the research project
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
