We develop, build, rent out and sell adaptable buildings for schools, day cares, events, offices and accommodation. With a modular and circular building solutions, customers can transform, repurpose, scale up and scale down based on their changing needs. Our modular solutions are rented out repeatedly, creating circular flows that minimize the use of material and contribute to a circular economy. The Challenge We Offer
In this new role you will own and lead sourcing and procurement activities in Adapteo Finland organization. You will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and oversee enhancement of all sourcing activities for the spend categories: Modules, Direct materials and Services.
You will play an important role in creating and developing Adapteo Finland level sourcing and procurement culture, build the organization as needed and develop processes. Additionally, you are expected to select tools to make your work efficient and successful. Selected person will participate and contribute to Adapteo Group’s development initiatives together with colleagues from other business units.
What You Will Do
- Manage and lead strategic sourcing activities in Finland
- Own and lead spend categories Modules, Direct Materials and Services in the region of Finland
- Lead design and implementation of procurement and category plans for Modules, Direct Materials and Services in co-creation with Finnish and Group organizations
- Drive continuous planning, analysis and implementation in alignment with business partners
- Full ownership of overall supplier relationships and of contractual and commercial processes and agreements

Who You Are

- University level degree in engineering, construction or equivalent
- Several years of procurement experience
- Preferably experience from procurement in construction
- Strong networking skills and collaborative mind-set in an international environment
- Strong negotiator and communicator
- Commercial mindset
- Profound understanding on different commercial
contract models - Familiar with supplier base
- A mature and strong team player
- Positive and passionate - nothing is impossible mind-set
We expect you to manage both Finnish and English fluently as you will be in close co-operation with Group sourcing and procurement team.
