🌟 The Game Plan
As our Head of UI/UX Design, you'll lead the design strategy for approximately 15 websites under our umbrella. Your mission will be to enhance and strengthen our visual identity, ensuring our websites and products are both appreciated and understood by our global fanbase as we're now investing a lot in our products. You'll collaborate closely with product owners and developers to deliver a top-tier experience for sports enthusiasts around the world.

- Craft engaging user flows, wireframes, and hi-fi prototypes
- Set up a brand new in-house design team
- Develop and refine brand guidelines while spearheading their implementation
- Design captivating UI for web and mobile applications
- Execute and formulate user tests to ensure a seamless experience
🏁 The Qualifying Lap:
To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, positive, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of color, shape, and typography. Here's what we're looking for in our next champion:
- At least five years of experience in UI and UX design
- Familiarity with product development processes such as Product Discovery and Continuous Discovery
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma or equivalent
- Background in creating graphic profiles and adapting designs to existing branding guidelines
- Expertise in conducting and analyzing user research
