We are now searching for a sales focused account executive to further strengthen our sales team. In this role your main task is to proactively shape, develop and close business opportunities, as well as further develop business relationships. This role will provide you a fantastic opportunity to challenge and develop your business development capabilities and engage in inspiring business opportunities – where you will have the end to end account responsibility. You can expect an international working environment with high speed, demanding client needs and being part of an inspiring and successful journey!
What you will do?
- Build and expand active and effective customer relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify areas where Capgemini can create more client value and pro-actively approach our clients with proposals
- Conduct client presentations, preparing estimates, win strategies and participate and/or lead negotiations with client stakeholders
- Lead the team and own an end to end account responsibility connected to a bookings and revenue budget as well as a contribution margin target
What you will bring?
- Several years of work experience with strong sales, relationship- and account management experience
- Valuable if you are experienced from working in consulting industry with sales and business development
- Preferably a good understanding of financial services industry (Insurance/banking)
- You are customer centric and build trusted advisor relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated go-getter that appreciates Capgemini’s seven values: Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Team Spirit, Modesty and Fun
- Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages is required
