Analyst to Group Strategy Office
Pierce, Europe's largest and fastest growing motorcycle-focused online retailer, is looking for an Analyst to join its Strategy Office!

Our candidate will join our Strategy Office to support the business and the management team on a variety of projects and initiatives, with a possible future opportunity to gradually transfer into an operational role. As such, this can be a stepping stone into a future line management role.
The role:
- Placement at our HQ in Stockholm
- The role provides an opportunity to join Pierce in a capacity to learn the business and organization inside and out as well as to get significant experience working with various parts of the organization and management team
- Key tasks will include working with strategic planning, portfolio & project management, as well as improvement and development initiatives across the entire company including M&A projects
- The role reports directly into our Chief Strategy Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Support the management team and organization in developing, growing and improving various aspects of our business and operations
- Conduct business analysis and research from which you synthesize reports and recommendations
- Prepare and manage cross functional projects and business improvement initiatives
- Help facilitate the annual group strategy and planning process
- Participate in M&A projects
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of management consulting or investment banking experience, alternatively experience from business or corporate development, business controlling or a similar role in a corporate environment
- A higher education (BSc, MSc or similar) in business administration or engineering
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive, and an ability to act independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent MS Office and PowerBi skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- International experience and cross-cultural understanding is desirable
- You might even have an interest in motorcycles, motocross and/or snowmobiles

2005All started in a garage with two MX enthusiasts who wanted to change the shopping experience for their follow petrolheads.
2009Pierce AB began with the launch of 24MX by 4 employees. Initial focus was on selling parts and equipment to the Motocross world.
2013XLMOTO launched with a special focus on onroad motorcycle equipment. At this point a European wide presence was already built with the focus on bigger markets.
2013SledStore went live with pow passion and endless trails. SledStore is a Mecca for the Nordic snowmobile fanatics.
2016Our own European distribution center, PDC, opened their gates and storage racks to offer our customers an even bigger range, quicker deliveries and excellent service. Over time it's grown to almost 40,000 SQM - the size of six football pitches.
2018Pierce announced the acquisition of MotoBuykers, a Spanish e-commerce motorcycle player, to strengthen its footprint in southern Europe.
2019Pierce opened up for sales outside Europe on our global sites 24mx.com and xlmoto.com
2020Pierce was recognized as one of the three best eCommerce companies in Sweden with the nomination as 'D-Award' finalist.
2020Pierce rolled out a new state-of-the-art ecommerce platform to further strengthen the customer experience
2020Pierce received the Sweden’s Best Managed Companies recognition, sponsored by Deloitte in cooperation with Nasdaq
