ServiceNow Application Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Application Specialist with CSA and CAS certification to join our team. As a ServiceNow Application Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications for our clients. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.


  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications that enhance the value of the base platform, especially on the ITSM, ITAM, CSM and SecOps
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and process flows.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow technologies and industry best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
  • Identify, prototype, and articulate the value proposition of innovative ServiceNow applications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CSA and CAS certifications are required.
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP web services, LDAP, and SSO.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
