ServiceNow Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with CSA+CIS certification to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, including system integrations, customization, and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and process flows.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations for emerging ServiceNow technologies and industry best practices.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and proposal development.
  • Serve as a technical lead for medium-size ServiceNow projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • CSA and CIS certifications are required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP web services, LDAP, and SSO.
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
