About the job

You are the partners of the Program team for Project Delivery. This role will be responsible for setting up and leading the early phases of a program schedule such as engineering, permitting, procurement and site preparation followed by overseeing the remaining programs project controls targets and way of working as its progresses into execution.

About the team

Based in Stockholm we are an agile and mobile PMO team providing guidance, oversight and support required to enable the success of Project teams who tirelessly deliver our Gigafactory ambitions.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop Program Schedules from Concept to Execution in Primavera P6 at varying levels of detail
  • Organise and coordinate Stakeholders for Weekly Status updates in the Schedule during Early Phases
  • Develop and maintain Progress Report for Portfolio Reporting including Resource (Manpower) Management
  • Coordinate start-up of non-schedule interface documents (Master Document Register, Procurement Status Report, etc.) during early phases
  • Review and challenge Contractor Schedule pre-tender and during baseline setting
  • Maintain clear visibility of Program Schedule Targets for stakeholders
  • Update and maintain PowerBi Dashboards for Management Reporting
  • Support preparation of Schedule for Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis
  • Occasional travel to site

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have the following capabilities :

  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
  • Years of experience - (6-15 years)
  • Deep understanding on EPC workflow
  • Previous multidisciplinary experience on complex multifaceted Projects (Industrial Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Energy, Oil & Gas) a must
  • Based in Stockholm with travels to Site as required
  • Capable of managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (other languages Swedish, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese a plus)

Bonus Points for:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Bi reporting
  • Working knowledge Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis and usage of risk tools (Primavera Risk, Deltek Acumen)
