As a UX designer at Sambla Group, you will work strategically in different focus areas together with the UX lead and product team, you will be a key player of the overall user experience for all of Sambla Groups digital products.

We are looking for you who have experience of working agile with user experience and is used with design thinking. You will be working closely with product owners and developers, giving you great responsibility to be a big part of our digital journey forward.

In the role as a UX Designer, we are looking for someone that loves to take insights from preliminary studies and transform them into various types of sketches and visualizations. We are often working in design sprints to get as many variants as possible on the table, a way of working that will be important to be comfortable with and be able to take and give constructive criticism.

Must have:

• 3-5 years of work experience as a UX designer or in a similar field of work

• Great experience of creating prototypes

• Self going in creative tools such as Figma

• Held or conducted user interviews

• Knowledge of creating user journeys and flowcharts

• Has a portfolio with your creative and UX work

• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• A degree in UX/UI design or other related fields

• Experience of working with digital design, UI or graphic design

• Experience of front-end coding

• Experience of UX copy

• Experience in working with multi brand organizations

• Knowledge of using Hotjar, Google Analytics and Adobe software
