Do you want to be part of creating a multiplayer digital playground for kids to hang out in and play together?

As Art Director in Toca Days you’ll be joining our most ambitious project yet - a friendly multiplayer world for children celebrating the excitement and quirkiness of everyday life. A 3D world where kids will be able to play and explore in real time through their own avatar.

You’ll be the one setting the vision for the Toca Days game visually within the Toca Boca Universe, and the direction that guides the artists and animators towards it.

What you’ll be doing

As Art Director in Toca Days you'll bring the Toca Boca brand to 3D. You’ll make sure that the final look and feel of the game resonates with our target audience, and that it both represents the Toca Boca universe in a cohesive way and is anchored in the Product Vision of the game. You’ll update the art direction accordingly, making sure artists and animators are always up to date and aligned with the vision and art direction.

You’ll work closely with the Product Leadership team, including Directors, Producers, Lead Producer and Product Owner, to set priorities for the teams and provide direction for the visual part of features, content and other deliverables that are part of the product roadmap. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Creative Leads around how we meet community and player needs when it comes to themes and tonality, and create synergies between product and marketing campaigns.

By partnering with the Art Director for Toca Life World you’ll bridge the knowledge between the two products and art teams, giving the artists and animators in Toca Days a deeper understanding of the tonality that resonates with Toca Boca’s target audience.
