We are looking for a Financial Controller & Manager Internal Control (all genders) to join the Group Finance Department, reporting to the Head of Group Financial Control. You will be an important part of the continuous development of the finance function and will be involved in various accounting related tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining effective internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) across the Group.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial controlling and is ready to take full responsibility for all controlling functions in a fast-paced and international environment.
YOUR MISSION
Financial Control:
Contribute to the accurate and timely reporting of the Group's financial information for internal and external purposes and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Guide studios and ensure reliability and quality assurance of reporting through ICFR requirements
Participation in the annual audit process
Develop accounting and reporting processes by building improved tools and automated processes, to achieve a more efficient accounting and reporting process
Assist to system administration of the financial consolidation system Aaro
Participation in M&A projects
Accounting consulting for M&A transactions and support for post-merger integration of new studios
Internal Control:
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies under ICFR and conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate financial risks
Annual self-assessment of studios and finances
YOUR BACKSTORY
3-5 years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm or in a relevant position in a publicly traded company
Good knowledge of IFRS
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of ICFR requirements for Nasdaq listed companies
Fluent in English and Swedish
Flexible team player with the ability to take on new tasks independently
A down-to-earth personality with a hands-on mentality
