In connection with the opening of a new factory in Stogi in Gdańsk , we are looking for Quality Lab Technicians who will join our Quality team and will support us in our quest to make our planet a cleaner, greener place by ensuring quality along all production steps and product outcome.

Work on this position will take place in a four-brigade system. Our production will run 24/7 including weekdays, weekends and all the holidays.

If you have gained your first experience in quality in the production area, you are a person who pays great attention to details , and you can think analytically - this announcement is addressed to you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performing routine and non-routine tests, measurements and analysis using the appropriate equipment (CMM, optical microscopes, tensile testers, technical cleanliness, etc.)
  • Performing Cross Section analysis
  • Performing equipment calibrations and MSA
  • Performing incoming inspection of components
  • Preparation of reports on the performed inspections
  • Participation in creating control plans
  • Interpretation of measurement results
  • Maintaining equipment in proper working order and maintaining clean work area
  • Supporting production and incoming quality activities related to root cause investigations and daily analysis

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in Quality
  • Knowledge of the use of measuring tools
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of technical drawing (spatial perception)
  • Focus on details, ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Working experience in Laboratory area will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the basics of electronics and electrical testing will be an advantage as well
  • Good command of English will be a big plus
