Our sales team is looking for someone special: a sales pro who wants to innovate and build new business and digital services with cool clients in the Finnish market. Sounds like you? Then don't miss this!

The role

In this role, you’ll focus on strengthening relationships with key customers and strategically expanding existing accounts, while also staying proactive in discovering new accounts.

In practice, your days will be filled with business consulting and sales activities, such as contacting and meeting clients, building offers with the help of our tech & design advisors and responding to RFPs. Our sales team actively hosts and attends events and webinars, live and digital. You will also work closely with our consultants, ensuring everything goes well in their projects and that the account targets will be achieved and developed further.

Is it you?

As we don't deliver off-the-shelf solutions, you'll create new digital consumer services with our clients, for their end users.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and growing key accounts while keeping client satisfaction at a high level
  • Proven experience in solution and consulting sales in the IT consulting sector
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on understanding client needs
  • Hands-on experience from expert sales agreements and negotiations
  • A good understanding of different business models and industries
  • Experience in drafting and presenting tailored business proposals
  • Empathy and people skills to ensure customer and team satisfaction
  • Experience in prospecting potential new customers and closing deals

You'll be part of our experienced 6-person sales team, driving success together. You will also join Qvik's growth story at a point where you have an excellent opportunity to develop your role and take it further. As our customers operate both locally and globally, you will need Finnish and English in your daily work.

Our offer

The salary range for our sales positions is EUR 5,000–7,000 per month + bonuses, depending on your skills and experience. However, if you feel that your salary should be something else, we're open to further discussion.
