VP Industrial - Northvolt Systems

Northvolt Systems is currently looking for a Vice President of Industrial to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent management team in the Northvolt Systems business unit, based in Stockholm.
The industrial segment is one of two large market segments at Northvolt Systems, where we develop battery packs and systems tailored to our customers. Electric power will replace the combustion engine, remove toxic fumes from agriculture and mining, and noise pollution from construction and cities. Ships, trains and planes will all electrify and deliver sustainable transport to our world’s ever-moving population.
Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
In this role, you have full P&L responsibility and ownership of the strategy for the industrial segment. You will be leading and growing the sales, business development and product management functions, with close interaction to production and product development teams. You report directly to our President of Northvolt Systems, who report to the CEO of Northvolt.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- A degree in Engineering or other relevant University Degree,
- 10+ years of leadership experience,
- Experience working closely/within engineering: A strong technical background is required for this position,
- Technical sales and business development experience in relevant industries, e.g. battery systems, industrial, automotive, electronics manufacturing,
- Product/portfolio management experience,
- Strategic thinking/experience,
- Excellent English written and oral skills,
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
