Job title: International Operations Controller (FTC 9 months)
Reports to: International Operations Manager
Location: Sywell
Working pattern: Flexible, remote working up to three days per week
Department: International Sales

General Summary

Be part of a friendly, dynamic, and fast-paced international team. Work hand-in-hand with sales managers, administrating their customer accounts to offer end-to-end service from order confirmation through to delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately processing sales orders across our internal systems; then managing and tracking these through to completion.
  • Build relationships with your allocated client-base to understand their bespoke requirements and correspond effectively with them. This can include, but is not limited to, sending contracts and invoices, addressing customer queries, providing project updates.
  • Complete ad-hoc administration updates, data entry or create manual documents as requested by operations manager.
  • Communicate at a high level to our customers, 3rd party suppliers and internally to ensure that goods are produced on-time to a high standard and delivered correctly.
  • Identify potential issues in projects and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction is not compromised.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully competent in the use of core Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous but not compulsory.
