Tramigo is now looking for its team’s newest addition, a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join the team in Helsinki! In this unique and new position you will have a great chance to familiarize yourself with Tramigo’s technology innovations and global operations with the support of both the local and global team. The offered employment is fulltime and permanent, and you’ll be employed directly by Tramigo.

As a Business Development Coordinator your day-to-day tasks will consist of supporting the management team, sales and e.g. logistics team with daily operations and administrative assignments. One primary focus on your work will be supporting the global sales team and proposal-preparation, invoicing and other back office -responsibilities. When supporting the sales and client-cooperation, focus will be on emerging markets, such as African, Latin American, and South-East Asian countries, where Tramigo is operating on the top of its field. In addition, you will also have a chance to participate in internal development projects and take an active role in process development.

The role is new within the organization and will be altered based on your personal interests and skills. Tramigo offers you an entry-level position where you will start with more junior assignments, but as you acquire more advanced proficiency, more responsible opportunities will be offered and you get to expand your expertise - with this, only sky's the limit. Based on your expectations you might someday be Tramigo’s next CEO or for example leading the sales operations. The team in Helsinki consists of almost ten experienced and motivated colleagues and you’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with Tramigo’s CEO and CFO, and also colleagues from all over the world.

We hope that you are able to start as soon as possible. The salary model is fixed and can be negotiated based on your background and skills.

What we are looking for:

  • Open minded attitude and curiosity to develop your skill set in a fast-growing and global working environment!

  • Interest towards international business, technology and working with emerging markets. Relevant educational background and previous experience with sales support, IoT-solutions, export markets and/or customer service are considered as benefit but not a requirement

  • Solid skills with MS O365 tools, especially with Excel, PPT and Word

  • Great collaboration skills and an enthusiastic, goal-oriented and proactive mindset - you are capable of working and solving problems independently but also enjoy cooperating with the multicultural team and partners

  • Full working proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Other languages that are commonly used in business with emerging markets, such as French, Spanish and Portuguese, are considered as an advantage.
