Job Description

Direct Conversion is looking for a Trainee, SAP Accounts Payable to join their Finnish office in Otaniemi, Espoo.

As a Trainee, you will be part of a finance team of four and take over manual accounts payable (AP) processes – handling incoming invoices. Direct Conversion is currently in the process of integrating their financial administration into SAP and your help is needed while the integration is underway. No prior work experience in accounting or SAP is required as you will be onboarded onto the job tasks. You are expected to have great attention to detail, good communication skills and be comfortable with routine tasks.

We hope you can start in early April and work two days per week (e.g. Tue and Thu so that the invoices are processed frequently). The contract lasts at least 3 months but it may be prolonged as long as the SAP integration is ongoing. Direct Conversion’s office is located in Otaniemi and we hope that you are able to work at the office when you start in the position. Otherwise you can determine your working hours and location quite independently.

Requirements:

• Relevant ongoing (or freshly finished) studies in business administration or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Independent, precise and proactive working style

• Full working proficiency in English and good communication skills

Assets:

• Previous entry level work experience, e.g. in customer service or office administration
