The Mission

As an Enterprise Architect @ Capgemini you will have a unique opportunity to take a major part in solving our customer's business needs by providing architecture designs, based on their roadmap within digital transformation.
Our assignments cover various sectors like telecom, retail, finance, utilities, industries, media, and the public. You will cooperate closely with other excellent architects, and other expert colleagues in Sweden as well as within some of the Capgemini companies globally, including State Of the Art solutions, education, and support from our partners

The Role

You will be expected to shape and translate Business and IT strategy and needs into realizable, sustainable technology solutions. You will provide insight, thought leadership, and innovation to ensure that the solution meets the client’s business goals. You will ensure that the solution is designed for production and can be delivered efficiently while making sure that the solution has integrity (is safe, secure, and compliant). You will be responsible for creating technical solution descriptions (High-Level Design and Detailed Design documentation) through collaboration with the customer team and colleagues.

Your profile
As an Architect, we expect you to have a broad technical understanding, developer background, and strong communication skills with the ability to guide and advise our clients. You have an agile mindset; are quick to adapt to challenges and learn from new experiences.

Skills required:

• Experience as an Architect in some of our customer's industries
• You have severe experience working as Architect, including being responsible for defining roadmaps and Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF or similar
• You have a higher diploma (e.g. Bachelor or Master degree) or equal
• Great communication skills in English

To stand out, you also have previous experience:

• Fluent in Swedish (oral and written)
• From the consulting industry

Our Digital Architecture team in Stockholm consists of +30 colleagues who are delivering Enterprise, Business, and Solution Architecture projects to our clients, taking end-to-end responsibility to ensure that the right architecture is implemented. Capgemini has been a predominant actor in the architecture field since the ’90s, with our own Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF) and we are actively contributing to the development of TOGAF. We have a Global Architecture Community as well as local affiliates where you can leverage global and local expertise as well as contribute with your own.
