An Account Executive’s mission

  • You are responsible for a dedicated target list of fast-growing B2B companies in Sweden, where you are in charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to scheduling appointments, demos and closing
  • AE’s at Upsales keep their new customers during the first year, where you will work strategically with QBRs to ensure the customer’s growth, then hand them over to our excellent Expansions Sales-team
  • You will work closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success-teams who make sure your customers receive maximum value from our products and services
  • Utilize your business acumen and sales skills to manage the entire sales process to deliver new business ARR and create strong relationships with your customers
  • Work closely with sales management and marketing teams to find new ways of attracting and retaining fast-growing companies

Skills & Requirements

Who you are

  • Competitive and motivated, combined with the ambition and smartness to build a career at Upsales
  • 5+ years proven track record in complex B2B-sales
  • Successfully reached recurring revenue targets continuously
  • Proven ability to find, build and close new business cases from scratch
  • Evidence of creating long-term business relationships with your colleagues and customers at fast-growing companies with <200 employees
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish (native) and English (fluent)
  • Credible business acumen and sales strategy proficiencies (MEDDIC)
