We, the Online Sales and Marketing team, are looking for a Business Analyst to be responsible for digital analytics and monitoring business KPIs for our consumer security products. The core in this position is to implement analytics reports as per business needs and to monitor and analyze our online channels and campaigns globally, to continuously optimize the business. You will be working in close cooperation with our Web and Online Marketing teams as well as with analytics users and other stakeholders across the company. You will be reporting to the Director, Online Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up web analytics reports and maintain reports based on stakeholders’ requirements.
• Follow up business KPIs for sales, websites, marketing campaigns, lifecycle marketing, app stores and product analytics.
• Identify trends, business analytics & -forecast, develop analytics processes, and visualize data.
• Provide insights, conduct analysis and give recommendations on actions within the online marketing team.
• You will connect different data sources using Google BigQuery and visualize the data in Google Data Studio or Tableau reports. Datasets may come from tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data lake/pipeline, e-commerce tools, app stores and other marketing tools.

What are we looking for?

• Strong analytical and statistical skills and understanding of online marketing/ecommerce.
• Experience in working with similar tasks and a degree in a relevant field for the position, i.e., business / statistics / information systems / ecommerce / marketing.
• Experience in working with web analytics tools (Google or Adobe Analytics), data warehouse/big data, tag managers and conversion optimization tools and ability to use Google Data Studio, MS Excel and Tableau software independently.
• You have experience in, or interest to learn how to create and run SQL queries to combine data from different sources.
• Attention to detail & curiosity - you like to dig into ‘strange’ trends and find the story behind them. We also wish you to be a fast learner, independent, driven and a true team-player, with a hands-on approach.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken (the company language is English).
