Sales Operation Lead

Work with Head of Sales to provide operational support for the sales team to manage the processes and reporting for the Head of Sales enabling a successful sales function within Sogeti Ireland
This will include
- Setting up, managing and minuting all team and individual sales team member meetings
- Work with HoS and team members to ensure sales hygiene and expectations on meetings, presentations and client activities is kept up to date
- Manage and ensure THOR is up to date and complete from a sales team perspective
- Manage the sales reporting and closing cycle for the year
- Create sales newsletter and other communications from sales to the wider organisation and group when appropriate
- Manage and collate sales related reporting for the HoS and group functions as appropriate
- Monitoring of adherence to required standards across the sales team with regard to document and contract management.
- Ensuring consistent use of appropriate templates and guidelines within the sales team e.g. pricing templates, sales to delivery handover templates etc.
- Understanding the bid management process and working with the sales team and the bid management team to ensure appropriate engagement as required.
- Acting as a point of contact for delivery, finance and practice to support engagement with the sales team and coordination of key activities as and when required.
Skills & Requirements
Skills needed:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Ideally with in a tech company
- Previous experience with public sector tender process
- Experience working with people across all functions of the business, including Senior management
- Strong attention to details
- Time management and report skills are key
