Recruiter - Fixed Term Contract

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team for a 9 month contract. As part of the HR team, the Recruiter will partner closely with the business to bring in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward and ensure continued growth. You will manage the full end to end recruitment process including sourcing top talent, screening and interviewing potential candidates.

In order to succeed in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures and be a strong communicator and relationship builder with both stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle management of the recruitment process, from candidate attraction through to offer
  • Collaborating with managers to identify their hiring needs and compile detailed job descriptions for current/future positions
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and attending interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback/support where required
  • Hire approval, offer and contract administration for new hires
  • Experiment with new ways to optimize the interview processes, internal workflows, and improve candidate/new hire experience
  • Defining a PSL and maintaining relationships with agency vendors

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in full 360 degree Recruitment (1-2 years experience)
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Exceptional candidate management experience
  • Experience in ATS management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical acumen
  • Excellent communication and written communication skills
