In joining us you will play an important part in building one of the first large scale European battery factories through ensuring a fantastic first impression and journey of our new employees and colleagues.
You will be a part of the People-team , supporting the global Onboarding-process towards all different locations, reporting to the Onboarding Manager. We are recruiting people from all over the world, and you will be one of their initial contacts inside the company to make sure their journey as smooth and great as possible.
Key tasks during the internship:
- Coordinate and drive different pre- and onboarding related activities to support Northvolt’s establishment from an employee perspective
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and develop a solid Onboarding process by creating a foundation and a structure.
- Participate in and drive development projects and improvement initiatives.
It is important that you are service minded and have a can-do attitude, always finding ways to tackle problems.
Throughout the internship you can expect to become involved in numerous projects, carrying deliverables providing you with the opportunity to shine. Northvolt is growing at a rapid pace, and in joining us, you’d do the same.

Education/Experience
- Elementary computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience from administrative tasks * Bonus for Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar work experience

Northvolt makes green batteries for a blue planet. Affordable cells and high-quality battery systems. All manufactured with a record-low carbon footprint. Purposely built to provide Europe with the opportunity to switch to renewable energy – efficiently and entirely.
