This is what you will do
In the role as IT Solution Specialist, your primary responsibility is to maintain and develop our ServiceNow platform together with the different business stakeholders. This means that you will develop, administer, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform. You will also ensure compliance with relevant processes, methods and tools, and IT processes. You secure that the architecture reflects consumer needs and therefore contributing to the resolution. Being first point of contact with our ServiceNow partner, you will also have to keep updated on technology trends to ensure we are always keeping up to date on the latest developments.
In this position you will belong to IT Infrastructure & Operations and more specifically the Operations and Security team. You will report to Manager IT Operations and Security and be part of a team of 8 people. This position is located at Lantmännen office in Stockholm or Malmö. Occasional travel between our offices in Malmö and Stockholm is to be expected.

This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment where you navigate across multiple stakeholders on the business and IT side.
- The ability to develop, translate and articulate business needs.
- A couple of years of experience working with IT or system administration.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management, including understanding of web development technologies used in ServiceNow.
- Experience working with an agile methodology.
- A relevant academic degree.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in Swedish and English.
