Billing and Revenue Accountant

Hantverksdata is searching for a Billing and Revenue Accountant , to join our growing team in Stockholm! In this role, you will manage accounts receivable and subscription billing, working with sales and other team members to improve our processes. The role includes revenue recognition and managing MRR and ARR.

We are looking forward to welcoming a driven and responsible member who has strong analytical skills. You will also have the possibility to grow into a Business Controller!

What you'll get to do

  • Manage accounts receivable and customer’s invoicing

  • Preparing and controlling SaaS subscriptions revenue recognition on monthly basis

  • Work with sales and customer success team to align on new customers and identify collaboration opportunities

  • Coordinate reminders of payment and debt collection

  • Learn and work with our own business management tool

  • Continuously work on creating simple processes across billing and revenue recognition

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or in a similar role
  • Excellent skills in Excel and financial systems
  • Unafraid to roll up the sleeves and ask lots of questions – we are a growing team, working together to solve blockers is crucial
  • Bachelor's degree or MSc within business administration or relevant education background.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
