In this dual role you will act as strategic partner and wingman/woman to the CHRO as well as a project leader of strategic HR-projects. You report to the CHRO and are part of the Group-HR leadership team.
We are in the process of re-inventing our HR organization to secure we deliver world class support to our growing business. We are off course aiming for the stars, and you are the person that will help us get there! You will be a driver in making our HR-projects come true including helping to set-up our new HR organization. About HR at Scandic
Today HR at Scandic consists of nearly 40 HR colleagues (excluding payroll). We have a decentralized HR organization where the country HR reports into the Country Managing Director with a dotted line in to our CHRO. The Group HR function, headed by the CHRO, consists today of 10 amazing colleagues and we hope to have increased by at least 3 more colleagues by the end of this year. The pandemic hit Scandic hard including the HR organization, but now we have a great opportunity to rebuild it in a way that makes us fit for the future.

Who are you?
We believe you are passionate about HR, and understand what success looks like for a HR-organization and how we create business value in a rapidly changing world.
In this role, you need to have significant project management skills and experience since you will manage important projects and processes from idea to execution. This includes managing relationships on all levels in the organization and being a champ when it comes to change management.
You are a strategic thinker and problem solver, and you can grasp and add value to the CHRO’s vision. You have organizational and political intelligence as well as the ability of simplifying complexity. Are you a self-starter that loves to solve problems with little supervision?
