We are now looking for an experienced Procurement Excellence Manager to come and join us on our exciting growth journey and our mission of building adaptable societies. In this role you will lead and facilitate transformation and value creation of Adapteo Procurement and be a part of Adapteo’s Group Procurement function.

What You Will Do

This new role will focus on leading and facilitating transformation and value creation of Adapteo Procurement. You will plan, and drive implementation of different types of projects as a key part of this role, such as:

  • Lead roll-out and continuous improvement of activity-based-pricing in subcontracting across Adapteo Group, including supporting and tracking business unit level value creation
  • Facilitate group-wide benchmarking and regular best practice exchange across business units
  • Act as cross-business unit and cross-functional facilitator
  • Define and implement common standards for procurement processes, methods and tools
  • Drive digitalization and professionalization of procurement across Adapteo; design and manage procurement digitalization roadmap; select and implement appropriate tools and solutions
  • Support category managers in analytics and methods selection
  • Support sourcing managers in establishing standards at business unit level
  • Design and deliver skill building and training programs for procurement team members
  • Establish and manage a KPI framework to measure performance of procurement processes and teams

Skills & Requirements

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong communication and collaboration skills and a deep analytical skillset. You work in a structured yet flexible way, which will enable you to succeed in this role due to the dynamic and fast-paced working environment which Adapteo offers.

In addition, we believe that you have:

  • University degree in engineering, business management or equivalent
  • Preferably experience with subcontracting procurement and activity-based pricing approach and/or experience from construction or assembly industry
  • Profound knowledge of procurement tools, guidelines and best practices; particularly with state-of-the-art digital procurement solutions and their leverage
  • Good understanding of procurement performance management and associated KPIs, methods and tools
  • Digital skills and ambition to use new tools and efficiencies, in combination with sound knowledge of common office applications
  • Experience in process improvement and cost savings analysis
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management and change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role will report to the VP Group Procurement, located in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden. Some travelling will be required for this role.
