Role? Key Account Manager to join Oikotie Asunnot’s sales team to develop strategic clients in the real estate industry all over Finland!
Location? We work in a hybrid way so you can be based anywhere in Finland - preferably in southern Finland as most of our clients are in this area! Our office is a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station and Tuesday is the day you find most of us there thanks to our afternoon buns tradition!

WHO ARE YOU?
You have gathered experience in B2B sales and can plan, forecast and take care of the full sales funnel.
Collaborating proactively and joining forces cross-functionally with a variety of teams is second nature to you.
If you have some background in media advertising or knowledge of the real estate industry, it’s a plus! If this is not the case, no worries, we believe that with the right attitude, it won't take long for you to be an expert in the field!
Fluency in Finnish and English: While most of your clients will be Finnish speaking, our official language is English and we gather people together from multiple backgrounds (memes in Spanish, Indian cooking recipes, and dog videos circulate on our Slack channels!)
As a person , you are goal-oriented and proactive toward changing market dynamics (we know something about it in the real estate industry!), with a collaborative and community-builder spirit. Here’s a talented, supportive and passionate bunch of positive thinkers waiting for you!
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
Day-to-day work
As a Key Account Manager in the Oikotie Asunnot team, your focus is on building and maintaining customer relationships with strategic clients in the real estate industry, with the goal to give more visibility to their services and brands by selling classified solutions and advertising formats. Your daily work is divided 70/20/10 between developing your current customer portfolio, contacting new customers, and activating inactive ones. Our customers go from realtors, rental and construction companies and banks to also small and medium size clients, making your days varied, challenging, and fun! When it comes to meeting our clients, we aim to have face-to-face meetings once or twice per week and real estate fairs and events are always on our horizon.
Your collaboration spirit comes to play to develop relationships internally with our sales, marketing, product and tech team, externally with media agencies to develop the best solutions for our clients, and with the rest of our Nordic teams.
Your sales portfolio includes all of Oikotie Asunnot, Tori and Rakentaja’s solutions, but worry not! You get support from our own content production and advertising professionals to get familiar with our products, and not to forget the support of your own sales team!

You’re jumping into a moving train as we recently started aligning forces with the rest of the Schibsted Nordic marketplaces brands. If on one hand, this leads to yet-to-be-seen scenarios in terms of collaboration with our new Nordic colleagues, on the other hand, our aim is to be #1 in the real estate industry and the Nordic collaboration provides a great opportunity to grasp this goal, while also creating learning and career-developing opportunities for us all!
