We have an exciting new opportunity for experienced and high-performing Category Managers. In this role you will own and lead category management for spend categories Modules and Direct Material in Central Europe. You will be a part of Adapteo’s Group Procurement function. We innovate for sustainability, develop climate smart buildings, and take responsibility through the value chain.

You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders and oversee enhancement of all sourcing activities for Modules and Direct Material in Central Europe. You will be part of developing a sourcing strategy in line with company objectives/values.
This role will report to the VP Group Procurement who is located in Stockholm, Sweden, and will work from Adapteo’s German office located in Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg (hybrid set-up would be acceptable). Frequent travelling will be required for this role.
What You'll Do
Own and lead category management for spend categories Modules and Direct Material in Central Europe
- Lead design and implementation of category strategy for Modules and Direct Material; co-creation with cross-functional category team
- Drive continuous category planning, analysis, and implementation in alignment with business partners
- Take ownership of overall supplier relationships and of all contractual and commercial processes and agreements with Module and Group Direct Material suppliers
- Manage and lead all strategic sourcing activities in cross-functional teams
- Act as facilitator across business units and functions in the organization

- Strong networking skills and collaborative mind-set in an international environment

- Several years procurement experience
- University degree in engineering, business management or equivalent
