Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Management System Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Quality team based in Västerås, Sweden. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing and maintaining our management system and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define, communicate and manage the QMS activities for Northvolt Labs
- Lead, drive and ensure successful local implementation and continued certification of ISO9001 and IATF16949
- Review and release the local QMS plan in accordance with the Northvolt Quality Policy, and the corporate QMS plan.
- Determine and manage an internal audit plan to ensure that Northvolt Labs is operating in compliance with Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory quality management system requirements. Develop internal auditors in Northvolt Labs
- Prepare for and run Management Reviews
- Create processes, procedures and templates for different departments of Northvolt
- Oversea the deployment of a Document Management system for the life of the works in alignment with corporate QMS and review and approve project related documentation

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- MSc in e.g. Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in a quality management role
- Relevant quality education, e.g. ISO9001 internal auditor
- Experience in automotive industry
- Excellent English proficiency, Swedish is a plus
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools, 8D, 5S, 6sigma
- Skilled in Business Process Management
- Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based approaches
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
