Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage our company's supply chain operations. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and tracking all logistics activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of products and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and track all logistics activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, product management, and operations to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Analyze logistics data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems, including inventory management software, transportation management systems, and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
