We are now looking for our next CRM Specialist FI! As a CRM Specialist at Sambla Group you will be responsible of all CRM channels for our Finnish market and its brands, Omalaina, Rahalaitos and Rahoitu. With a focus on retention marketing, you will produce content and execute campaigns for email, SMS and direct mail. Furthermore, you will be in charge of performance analysis and create A/B tests to optimize content.

In the position as CRM Specialist FI , we are looking for someone who is open, curious and eager to learn as we are taking our CRM activities to the next level. As a CRM Specialist, personal traits such as creativity and being results-driven will be required in order to succeed in planning and prioritizing your work throughout different projects. Must have:

• Have great understanding of the Finnish market

• At last 1 year experience in the CRM field

• Fluent in Finnish
