About the job

We are looking for talented people who want to build on the success story of DigitalRoute. Are you a customer-oriented person who is interested in meeting new people? Do you want to be part of an innovative team tasked with addressing our customer’s business needs?

You will provide subject matter expertise in our products and will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and delivering our solutions to our customers as part of our projects.

You will guide and direct our customers' use of our products, key features, functions, and deployment options, gather customer requirements and act as a trusted client interface for both technical and general account issues. You will also work closely with sales and pre-sales.

A moderate degree of travel may be required mainly in the EMEA region and globally to support our international business needs.

What you'll do

  • Analyses requirements and develops innovative, impactful software solutions.
  • Design, develop, document and maintain customer implementations.
  • Perform integration and end-user testing.
  • Scoping and delivering PoC engagements with customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to existing and new customers by identifying business and technical needs and proposing relevant solutions, according to their needs.
  • Define the implementation approach, configuration requirements and integration design for customers.

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a comparable field of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • 2+ years of experience in architecture, consulting, and implementation within telco and/or enterprise domains
  • Work independently and in close collaboration with customer's technical team
  • Computer literate and experience in programming (e.g. Java, Python and/or Scripting language will be a plus)
  • Knowledge about Cloud Technology, Database and SQL, Networking and integration troubleshooting will also be a plus
  • Successful experience and participation in implementation projects and project stages
