About the job
We are looking for talented people who want to build on the success story of DigitalRoute. Are you a customer-oriented person who is interested in meeting new people? Do you want to be part of an innovative team tasked with addressing our customer’s business needs?
You will provide subject matter expertise in our products and will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and delivering our solutions to our customers as part of our projects.
You will guide and direct our customers' use of our products, key features, functions, and deployment options, gather customer requirements and act as a trusted client interface for both technical and general account issues. You will also work closely with sales and pre-sales.
A moderate degree of travel may be required mainly in the EMEA region and globally to support our international business needs.
