(Senior) Berater:in Strategische Kommunikation
Ab sofort: Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, die am schnellsten wachsende europäische Politik- und Kommunikationsberatung, sucht für das im Sommer 2020 gegründete Berliner Büro eine/n motivierte/n Berater:in für den Bereich Strategische Kommunikation und Digitale Kommunikation.
Sie werden Teil unseres Berliner Teams und arbeiten darüber hinaus eng mit Kolleg:innen aus den skandinavischen Ländern, Brüssel und London zusammen.
Die Position
Der Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst folgende Aufgaben:

Beratung von Mandanten in strategischen, konzeptionellen und inhaltlichen Fragen bei dem Themen Positionierung, Reputation, mediale Darstellung, digitale Kommunikation (und Krisenkommunikation)

Ausarbeitung von Argumentationsstrategien im Rahmen politischer und öffentlicher Debatten
-
Identifizierung von Themen und relevanten Botschaften für eine wirkungsvolle Ansprache von Medienvertreter*innen
-
Schreiben und Platzierung von Op-Eds, Artikel, Pressemitteilungen und anderen redaktionellen Texten
-
Schreiben und Gestalten von digitalem Content inklusive Anleitung von Designer/Grafikteam
-
Ausarbeitung von Channel-Strategien und Plattform-gerechten Formaten falls Expertise vorhanden
-
Aufbau eines Netzwerks zu Medienvertreter*innen und Repräsentation von Rud Pedersen Public Affairs auf Veranstaltungen
Skills & Requirements
Voraussetzungen
Unser/e ideale/r Kandidat:in bringt folgendes mit:

Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der (strategischen) Kommunikation, im Journalismus und/oder Unternehmensberatung mit Fokus auf Kommunikation

Kreatives und kritisches Denken, sowie die Fähigkeit, sich inhaltlich und kommunikativ rasch in verschiedene Branchen einzuarbeiten
-
Begeisterung für Kommunikation in all ihren Formen sowie guter und lebendiger Schreibstil
-
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, der Betreuung von Mandanten und Ansprache von Journalisten
-
Kenntnisse des politischen Systems auf Länder-, Bundes- und EU-Ebene sowie der relevanten politischen Verfahren, Institutionen und Akteur:innen sind erwünscht
-
Muttersprache Deutsch, sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
-
Starke Eigeninitiative und Lust darauf, bei einer wachsenden Public Affairs- und Kommunikations-Beratung Verantwortung zu übernehmen

2021We entered the Polish market by establishing a representation office in Warsaw.
2022Rud Pedersen Public Affairs opened offices in Warsaw, Poland; London, UK; and Sofia, Bulgaria. Additionally, we opened offices in Riga, Latvia via VA Communications; Paris, France via CNTVRS; and Tallinn, Estonia via merging our existing office with META Advisory.
2023We opened an office in Kyiv, Ukraine. We also opened an office in Madrid, Spain via RetiEspaña.
2024We opened an office in Prague, Czechia and Rome, Italy. The Italian office solidifies our European footprint as we now operate in the Europe's 5 most populated countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland).
