In the role as HR Business Developer at Sambla Group , you will play an important role in supporting the development of our HR Strategy, identifying long term opportunities for value creation and supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. You will be a part of localizing needs in the organization and give proposals for future initiatives within HR, and also take part driving these new HR initiatives in the organization.
You will be a part of our Human Resources team and report directly to our Head of HR.
Further on, the role will let you:
Provide input on processes and routines to create additional value on both global and local level within the organization
Manage and develop HR related systems to meet the needs of the organization
Own project management linked to new processes and routines within HR
In the role as a HR Business Developer, we are looking for someone that has 2-3 years experience of working within HR in a fast-growing organization where you have been participating in a transformation journey. You have at least 1 year of experience project leading initiatives within HR, where you have been working both on a global and local level.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and that you get motivated by taking ownership and working towards ambitious goals. Furthermore, you are also a team player with a strong analytical mindset that values a good team culture and collaboration.
Must have:
Bachelor degree within the HR area or equivalent
2-4 years experience of working within HR in a fast-growing organization where you have been participating in a transformation journey
Earlier experience of taking ownership within a project where the purpose has been to develop a new HR initiative
Experience from project management
Experience of implementing global initiatives on a local level
Experience of working in detail with a HR system
Fluent in Swedish and English
Nice to have:
Previous experience with working with any of the HR system such as HiBob, Peakon, Oneflow
Experience working as an HR consultant
Experience in creating business case against management
Driven HR initiative from beginning to end
