We are looking for a Developer for permanent employment to join our Tax & Legal Technology team. You will mainly work on tax & legal technology projects in close collaboration with our developer and business teams.
As a Developer your role is to develop full-fledged technology solutions for tax and legal technology projects such as web-based reporting automation and tax and legal work management applications, integrations with document management systems and authorities’ APIs.
What are we looking for?
Succeeding in this position requires an understanding of modern technologies and basic principles of modern back-end tools. The most important factor for us is that you are an innovative and enthusiastic person who fits well in our team and is willing to make an effort for creating a good atmosphere in the team. You can be either a recent graduate with the relevant technical degree (degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field), have 1-2 years experience as a Junior Developer or you can be a more experienced developer with 5+ years experience as the exact job description is tailored to match your skills and competencies.
An ideal candidate
- Has experience with Python, .NET (C#) and Azure, as these are our main development/cloud platforms
- Has experience with relational databases and SQL, database design, creation, manipulation and query
- Has a basic understanding of REST API
- Is interested in participating various, different types of projects and developing skills in full-stack development
- Enjoys the social aspect of work and is willing to share knowledge with people who might have a lot of wishes and requests with limited understanding of the technical possibilities
- Has good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Finnish or Swedish is considered as a big plus
