We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent IT Support Team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up our internal IT support to all users and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

You will be part or our IT Support Team that which helps with different IT issues. We need someone with the skills and personality to handle a wide range of IT issues, who can juggle problems, support their colleagues, and find solutions. You need to have a positive and action-oriented attitude, as well as a service-minded approach. IT Service Support Specialist should have a broad knowledge in IT and be a part of IT department development.

About the team
In Skellefteå today we have a team of 6 that is a part of the larger IT Support Team spread across all 3 sites in Sweden (Stockholm & Västerås).

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administering and coordinating hardware orders, licenses, network lines, and services
  • Working closely together with project managers and HR, and facilitating onboarding
  • Proactive work towards continual improvements of processes, tools, and routines
  • Managing Office 365 and backup systems of internal data
  • Administering office hardware (TV, printer, monitors, keyboards, conference phones, etc)
  • Work in helpdesk with responding to tickets and finding solutions to problems

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • An educational background in IT or other relevant educational backgrounds
  • 1-5 years of experience working within IT, and/or ability to pass technical case
  • Excellent English both written and oral skills
  • Experience from working in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
  • Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
  • Experience from a multi-cultural environment
