Job Description

Capgemini Engineering is a global business line in the Capgemini Group.

The CFO is a key player in Capgemini Engineering Nordics and a part of the Group Finance department, who ensures reporting and controlling, while being a strategic partner to the Managing Director Nordics. She/He will manage the Nordic finance organization.

Your role

• Provide reliable, timely and accurate financial planning (budgeting and monthly forecasting) and reporting to Group and local management
• Ensure compliance and governance according to external regulations, IFRS and internal policies, maintain effective, operational, internal control environment
• Manage continuous process improvements, aimed at increasing team efficiency, refining workload balancing, ensuring consistency in approach, aligning to group standards
• Prepare business analyses and performance measurement, leveraging on operational KPI
• Strictly monitor the indirect costs, the SG&A, and the correct direct cost allocation
• Support commercial deal-making and new deals business planning
• Monitor the sales approval process, being responsible for new contract reviews
• Optimize cash-collection and manage DSO forecasting

Your profile

• The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in Business Administration or similar and gained from 15 to 25 years of professional experience in an international and complex environment.

• Experience in financial controlling covers the full company approach: complete understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow, understanding of business drivers and their operational KPIs.

• Has experience in Project Leadership and management.

• Strong compliance gatekeeper, with a proactive focus and business orientation.

• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, at ease with large datasets and financial modeling.

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task with strong analytical and problem-solving attitude
