Lead Development Representative

The annual salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $85,000 Base + 30% Commission

At the same time be part of an awesome Sales and Marketing team that has fun together. We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Lead Development Representative for our New York office to join our newly founded Lead Development function. This team will own all leads and ensure they are handled in a timely manner and with care. The ultimate goal of the LDRs is to support our sales team with high quality and mature leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize new and existing leads, identifying those with the highest potential for conversion
  • Qualify leads through research and outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn, including identifying key decision makers and understanding the needs and challenges of potential customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage leads, including updating lead statuses, recording communication and activity history, and scheduling follow-up tasks
  • Participate in the development and refinement of lead generation strategies and tactics, providing feedback and insights based on experience and data analysis
  • Create and monitor follow-up meetings for the sales team
  • Liaise with external Telemarketing agencies by providing data, supporting collateral and messaging
  • Maintain a Target Account List aligned to priority industries and client profiles

What are we looking for?

  • 2 years of experience in B2B demand generation and management, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
  • Proven track record of driving conversions through targeted lead nurturing campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects and customers
  • Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM software. An understanding of marketing automation tools would be beneficial
  • Proficient using MS Office applications including Excel
  • Ability to collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong English language & numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • You are comfortable working with numerous customers at the same time and contacting different stakeholders up to C-level
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
