Main activities and responsibilities:
We are scaling our data platform team and you will play a key role in ensuring that we have the right individuals on board and are developing our data platform in the right direction. We aim to become even more data-driven and to ship high-quality fast. Our goal is to provide world-class support to our customers: the business and our nearly 300 hotels across six markets.
As our Tech Lead, you will build and lead a team of different technical roles connected to our data platform. With your deep understanding of technology, willingness, and experience to effectively lead the team, and ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, you will facilitate strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of our solutions using industry best practices. You will be responsible for the technical operations, own and drive the roadmap.
We use Azure, Snowflake, Power BI. We work agile with Continuous Delivery.

Skills & Requirements
Skills & Background:
- Great technical knowledge and professional experience within the field of Data such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence or similar
- Proven track record as a technical leader
- Experienced with continuous delivery
- Experience from modern ways of working/agile
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in a Scandinavian language would be an added advantage
- We prefer that you have a degree in computer science, system development or a related field
- Experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master or similar is meritous

This is a full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT which is a European support function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics.
