It helps our clients understand the sustainability of profit and cash, the attractiveness of free cash flow, and the key risks, sensitivities and opportunities related to the deal. We analyse the historical trading and cash flows of the Target to assist our clients to form a view of the future. Our key analyses include normalised earnings, normalised net working capital and net debt.
