Business Sweden is looking for a HR Business Partner
In the HR Business Partner role, you are part of our central HR team. The team is characterized by a high level of teamwork and daily collaboration and the role demands flexibility and professionalism. The position is based at the headquarters in Stockholm, and you will be partnering with and supporting dedicated Regions and Managers in our global organization. In the HRBP team you will have one or multiple of the following focus areas: learning & development, performance management, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion.
Deliver quality HR support and continuously develop ways of working
You will work in close cooperation with managers at all levels to ensure that the core HR processes are executed and deployed in a professional manner. Simultaneously, you will focus on building and further developing the HR tools and processes to ensure a high performing organization. The whole HR team continuously works to coach and collaborate with our managers and to develop their leadership capabilities in terms of attracting, developing, and retaining our talents.
A varied workday working at all levels
One of your key challenges will be to handle the variety of tasks and allocate your time between each. Yet, as you will be working with professional teams, you get a great variety in your workday, both in terms of the people you support and the assignments - your days will be a combination of taking a strategic approach to HR and supporting the business more hands-on.
Key responsibilities
The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:
- Act as an HR advisor to managers and support in strategic and operational HR matters
- Understanding the business context, driving development, and providing coaching to managers on all levels.
- Collaborate with our managers in recruitment processes for all levels, from entry level to Management positions.
- Responsibility for driving and implementing HR strategic projects across the organization.
- Developing HR tools and processes.
- Build strong business relationships with internal points of contact.
- Drive union negotiations and labor law-related matters.
- Participate in Employer Branding activities.
- Collaborate within our HR function to further develop our ways of working.

Skills & Requirements
As a person, you are independent, self-motivated, and very reliable. You possess a can-do attitude and the maturity to influence, convince and collaborate with senior leaders in performance-oriented areas. Further, you are organized, have a good business understanding and can balance the strategic perspective with the operational one. Finally, being a networker with good communication skills, you can both build strong relations to all kinds of people and facilitate information, needs and tasks to stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- You have an academic degree within HR, Business or similar and a minimum of five years HR experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Experience from partnering and supporting throughout recruitment processes (from specifying role requirements to contract negotiations).
- You have a high level of proficiency in both Swedish and English.
