As we continue through an exciting phase of organizational growth and transformation, we are seeking to expand our Finance services and have a new opportunity for a dedicated Head of Finance and Treasury.
Responsible for project financing, cash management, implementation and execution of our Treasury strategy and framework. This critical and fast-paced role reports to Morrow’s CFO and will be part of a diligent and ambitious Finance and Accounting Management team.
As Head of Finance and Treasury, you will assist in processes related to the capital acquisition, borrowing and financing and lead on working capital and financial risk management. To do so, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, and trustworthy with solid economic, financial and strategic understanding.
This position could be based at our offices in Arendal or Oslo with frequent travel expected between both locations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining equity, debt and public financing for various projects and subsidiaries.
- Lead and coordinate workstreams in obtaining project financing.
- Prepare and present financial reports, investment analyses and associated documentation.
- Development and improvement of internal routines, processes, and financing models.
- Prepare and monitor short-, medium- and long-term liquidity forecasts.
- Manage KYC processes.

Skills & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Higher education (master's degree) in finance and accounting or other relevant education
- Knowledge of various financial instruments within finance and currency hedging
- Preferably background from a similar position in an international company or from corporate finance or investment bank
- Experience in corporate and project financing with international banks and institutions
- Minimum five years of documented experience
Specific Skills & Abilities
- Good business understanding and interest.
- Good knowledge of business controlling
- Good knowledge of investment analyses and business cases.
- Enjoy working in an international environment
- Interest in IT and digital solutions
- Advanced user of excel and can prepare good financial models and analyses.
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
