Sword Services Greece is seeking to recruit a high caliber, energetic individual to join our newly established Software Development team in Greece as PHP/React Developer. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our core business in large International Information Systems. The company is currently expanding its activities in Greece offering an optimum career advancement opportunity for the successful candidate who should combine a relevant educational and professional background, with enthusiasm and eagerness.
What you will do...
- Building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP code;
- Resolving performance issues and design architectural challenges;
- Integrating with 3rd party services;
- Creating documentation for your own code (software design specifications).
What is your experience…
- University/ College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (e.g. Mathematics, Physics);
- Proven working experience of at least three (3) years in software development;
- Working experience in object-oriented PHP (especially PHP7+), Javascript (ES6), CSS3, CSS-Grid, HTML5, SASS and React.JS/Redux;
- Solid understanding of version control systems, such as Git, and package management tools, such as Composer and NPM;
- Good knowledge of unit/Integration testing (PHPUnit, Codeception);
- Familiarity with the entire web development process (Design, Development and Deployment) ;
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.
