Service Designer (UX/UI)

We are looking for a new designer to join our Hellon family. You have the passion and skills to utilize customer and business insights to create better experiences using the methods of design with a human centric approach? You act as an ambassador of our company culture and get inspired by people around you.

In order to master in this role, you have:

  • A few years of practical experience in UX/UI design. Experience in service design is a major plus.
  • Experience in designing digital products and services
  • Understanding of user-centric design methods, user research and user testing
  • The ability to work on complex design projects with support from more senior designers
  • Understanding of how to plan and execute service design processes independently or with the support of more senior designers
  • Great presentation and facilitation skills, you are comfortable with presenting to and managing various stakeholders in projects
  • The ambition to push the boundaries of traditional design and will to work in multidisciplinary teams merging analytical thinking and creative skills to create business impact
  • Ability to balance user needs with business requirements
  • Good analytical and creative skills
  • Structured and organized approach to work
  • A genuine interest for constant personal development
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills
  • Passion to work in a creatively driven agency environment

On a regular day at Hellon, you:

  • Independently manage given project related tasks and report those to the project responsible person
  • Create solutions that bring value and impact for the customer and their business needs
  • Develop customer profiles, personas and service scenarios
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
  • Create service prototypes
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops
  • Support sales efforts and identify new opportunities within existing customers
  • Actively develop own capabilities and networks
  • Have fun and enjoy working with your Hellon team
