About the role:
As a People Experience (HR)/Communication assistant you will play a crucial role as we are growing our organization and building a first-of-its-kind R&D center and Li-ion battery Gigafactory in Gothenburg.

Skills & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the development, implementation and communication of HR initiatives, policies, processes, and procedures
- Participate in developing our company culture and support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist with drafting and editing internal communications materials, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements
- Support the development and implementation of external communications initiatives, including social media posts, press releases, and website content
Education/Experiences:
- You are studying at university to a BSc or MSc within Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus
