Your job will cover everything from plan and coordinate recruitment days and event, brainstorm ideas to boost our inflow of candidates, help the recruiters to screen and host interviews, and sometimes also travel all over the world to attend employer branding events.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Together with the team, develop and execute plans and find the best channels to raise awareness and reach potential high-quality candidates
- Build relations to universities and technical educations
- Manage relations with companies in large scale employee termination process (varsel), and with relevant organisations and networks.
The Employer Branding Coordinator will be located in Stockholm as a part of the employer branding team and will report directly to the Employer branding manager, but also have continuous dialogs with the Brand team to ensure alignment. To thrive in this role, you should possess a natural gift in working both collaboratively and on your own.

We believe that you have :
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- A couple of years working within recruitment
- Bonus points for background in Employer branding, event, marketing/PR or communication, most important that you are passionate about finding new paths to attract the right people to Northvolt
- Excellent English written and oral skills
